Two drivers bailed after two men killed in three vehicle horror crash in Bradford

TWO men, aged 64 and 56, have died in a three car crash on one of Bradford's busiest roads.
Police were called to the crash on Shipley Airedale Road, near the junction with BarkerendRoad, at 10.14am yesterday.
It involved a grey BMW 3 Series, a white Range Rover Sport and a blue Proton private hire vehicle.
Two men in the Proton, the driver and a passenger, both from Bradford, were pronounced dead at the scene.
A 26-year-old man and a 22-year-old man, the drivers of the other two cars, were arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving.
Today, a West Yorkshire Police spokesman said both men had been released on bail until February as the investigation continues into the cause of the crash.
An appeal for witnesses has been issued.
Police closed off the road immediately after the crash and began re-directing traffic.

As well as police, two fire crews from Bradford Fire Station were dispatched to the scene, and Yorkshire Ambulance Service sent three ambulances, a rapid response vehicle, clinical supervisor, and a hazardous area response team.
Another person was taken to Bradford Royal Infirmary with minor injuries.
The closures caused major delays on other city centre roads, with large queues on Barkerend Road and either side of the road closure.
